PARMESAN GARLIC SNACK SEASONING
🧄🧀 Parmesan Garlic
Savory. Creamy. Classic.
This rich, crowd-pleasing blend combines real Parmesan cheese, roasted garlic, and a dash of parsley for a flavor that’s smooth, buttery, and just a little bit fancy. It's comfort food in seasoning form—perfect on everything from pretzels to pasta.
We hand-blend every batch in micro-runs using real cheese and fresh spices, not powdered shortcuts. What you taste is what we made—by hand.
💥 Use It on:
-
Pretzels
-
Popcorn
-
Cheese puffs, chips, roasted nuts
-
Garlic bread, pasta, baked potatoes
-
Roasted veggies, fries, or grilled chicken
Anywhere you’d put Parmesan and garlic... yeah, it belongs there.
🥨 Pretzel Prep
-
Add 15–16 oz of pretzels to a gallon-size Ziplock bag.
-
Melt ½ cup butter (or 200 ml popcorn oil).
-
Mix in 4 tablespoons of Parmesan Garlic seasoning.
-
Pour over pretzels in the bag.
-
Seal the bag, then toss and flip several times to coat.
-
Let sit 10–30 minutes to soak in the flavor.
-
Spread pretzels onto a wax paper–lined baking sheet.
-
Bake at 225°F for 30–45 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes until mostly dry.
-
Let cool and snack away!
🧠 Pro Tip:
Want deeper, richer flavor? Skip the oven and let the coated pretzels rest overnight in the sealed bag. The spices soak in and hit different the next day.
🧀 Cheese Puffs & Nuts
Cheese Puffs:
Add 2–3 tablespoons of seasoning to a half-full gallon Ziplock bag of puffs.
👉 (Only fill the bag halfway so you’ve got room to shake.)
Nuts:
Use 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of seasoning — depending on how much you’re making and how bold you want it.
🧈 Give the nuts a light spritz of oil or melted butter first for best coverage.
🥣 Dip or Dressing:
Dip:
In a bowl, mix ½ cup sour cream + ½ cup mayo + 1 Tbsp seasoning. Stir well. Let chill to blend.
Dressing:
1 cup mayo + 1 cup milk + 2 Tbsp seasoning. Stir well and let it thicken in the fridge. Adjust milk if needed.
